Welcome to Glowra. By accessing or using www.glowra.ca (the "Site") or purchasing any products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

Glowra products are intended for adults aged 18 and older. By using this Site or purchasing our products, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Our products are not intended for use by individuals under 18, pregnant or nursing women (unless cleared by a healthcare provider), or individuals with known allergies to any listed ingredients.

2. Product Information & Ingredients

Glowra is a daily wellness supplement formulated for women. Each serving contains:

• Creatine Monohydrate — 5g
• Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides (bovine) — 5g
• Citric Acid — for flavour and stability
• Malic Acid — for flavour balance
• Monk Fruit Extract — natural sweetener
• Natural Flavours
• Dragonfruit — for colour and flavour

All ingredients are listed on our product pages and on product packaging. We reserve the right to modify formulations, and any changes will be reflected on the Site and on packaging.

Allergen notice: Glowra contains bovine-derived collagen. If you have a known allergy to beef or related proteins, Glowra is not suitable for you.

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by automated systems, resellers, or individuals in violation of these Terms.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after an order has been confirmed.

5. Payment

By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

If your payment method is declined, we may attempt to process it again or contact you to update your payment information. We are not responsible for any fees incurred due to declined payments.

6. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring charges at the frequency you select (every 1, 2, or 3 months). Your payment method will be charged automatically on each billing date until you cancel.

You may manage, skip, swap, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer portal. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to take effect for that cycle.

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with advance notice. You will always be notified of price changes before they are applied to your subscription.

7. Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout and in shipping confirmation emails. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, although delivery times may vary.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the policy in full before submitting a request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including logos, text, images, graphics, product packaging, and the name "Glowra" — is the exclusive property of Glowra or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Glowra content without our prior written permission.

10. User Content & Reviews

If you submit a product review, photo, testimonial, or other content to Glowra, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

You represent that any content you submit is your own, does not violate any third-party rights, and accurately reflects your honest experience with the product.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or our products for any unlawful purpose, to resell Glowra products without our written permission, to interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality, or to engage in any activity that could harm Glowra, our customers, or our business.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glowra and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or personal injury.

Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glowra, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our products.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of our products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
